Shrimat Education & Rural Development Organization values the trust of our students, parents, and donors. We strive to provide transparent processes for all our services.

1. Scholarships & Examination Fees

Once an application form for scholarship or examination is submitted, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations due to incorrect information, incomplete documents, or missed deadlines will not be eligible for a refund. In case of duplicate payment or technical error during transaction, the refund will be processed after verification within 7–15 working days.

2. Donations

All donations made to Shrimat Education & Rural Development Organization are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in cases of accidental duplicate donations or transaction errors. Donors must notify us within 7 days of the transaction for refund requests.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Bank/UPI/Net Banking). The organization will not be responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway, bank, or external technical issues.
