Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shrimat Education & Rural Development Organization is primarily engaged in scholarship programs, educational initiatives, and community development projects. While we are not an e-commerce company, there may be instances where we deliver study materials, certificates, reports, books, or merchandise to students, donors, or partners.

1. Mode of Delivery

All materials (if applicable) will be delivered either digitally (email/portal access) or through courier/postal services. Physical items will be shipped via reliable courier partners or India Post.

2. Delivery Time

Digital materials (like admit cards, certificates, study PDFs) will be delivered within 1–3 working days of processing. Physical items (like printed certificates, books, or kits) will be delivered within 7–15 working days depending on the location.

3. Shipping Charges

In most cases, shipping is free of cost for students and donors. If any shipping fee applies, it will be clearly mentioned before checkout or payment.

4. Tracking & Support

For courier deliveries, a tracking ID will be provided. In case of delay or non-receipt, please contact our support team.

5. International Shipping

Currently, our shipping is limited to India only. International delivery is not available.
